LSR Construction Group (“LSR,” “we,” “us”) is a trade name of LSR Capital Partners LLC. This notice explains how we collect, use and protect information in connection with lsrconstructiongroup.com, construction inquiries, estimates, site visits, projects and related communications.

Information we collect

• Construction inquiries and estimate requests: name, email, phone, the service requested, property type, budget range, desired timeline and the project description you provide.
• Property and project information: project addresses, access details, existing conditions, drawings, engineer or inspection reports, association rules and similar documents you share.
• Photos and site visit records: photos, measurements and notes taken or received during site visits and throughout a project.
• Permits and inspections: information required for permit applications, inspections and close-out with the local building department.
• Contracts and insurance: contract parties, billing details, certificates of insurance and related records if you become a client.
• Communications: emails, calls, text or messaging app conversations with LSR.
• Website data: pages visited, referring site and campaign parameters (such as utm_source) when you arrive from a link or ad, and standard technical data such as IP address processed by our hosting provider for security.

How we use it

• To respond to inquiries, schedule site visits and prepare estimates and proposals;
• To plan, permit, perform, inspect and close out construction work;
• To coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, engineers, associations and property managers involved in your project;
• To prepare contracts, invoices, insurance documentation and required records;
• To communicate with you about your inquiry or project;
• To protect the website and our forms against spam and abuse, and to understand which pages lead to inquiries.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal information. We share information only as needed to evaluate or perform your project:

• Subcontractors, suppliers and vendors engaged on your project;
• Engineers, architects, inspectors and building departments for permits and inspections;
• Condominium associations and property managers where the work requires their approval or access;
• Insurance providers, sureties and professional advisors where required;
• Service providers that host this website and our communications (Cloudflare and Google Workspace);
• Authorities when required by law or valid legal process.

Lead processing and storage

Form submissions are stored in a database hosted on Cloudflare and reviewed by LSR. Inquiries may be forwarded to and answered from our business email (daniel@lsrconstructiongroup.com), provided by Google Workspace. If we adopt a customer relationship management tool, submitted information will be shared with it only to manage follow-up on your request.

Analytics and cookies

The website stores first-visit campaign information (such as utm parameters and the referring page) in your browser session so it can be attached to an estimate request. We do not currently run advertising or analytics tracking scripts. If we add analytics or advertising measurement, such as Google Analytics or Google Ads conversion tracking, we will update this notice first. You can control cookies and site storage in your browser settings.

Retention and security

We keep inquiry records for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and project records for as long as needed for contract, warranty, insurance, tax and legal purposes. We use reasonable safeguards, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your choices

To request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you submitted, or to stop receiving communications, contact daniel@lsrconstructiongroup.com or 786.838.2985. Submitting a form does not subscribe you to marketing messages.

Children

This website is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

We may update this notice as the website and our services change. The date above shows the latest revision.
