Estimates, proposals and contracts

Submitting an estimate request asks LSR to contact you. It does not create an agreement. Scope, price, schedule, payment terms and any warranty exist only in a written proposal accepted in a contract signed by LSR and the client. Estimates depend on site conditions, and hidden or changed conditions may require a written change order.

No guarantee of permits, timelines or outcomes

Permit approvals and inspection results are decided by the authority having jurisdiction. Nothing on this website guarantees a permit approval, a completion date, a cost or an outcome. Schedule and performance commitments exist only when written into a signed contract.

Licensing

LSR Construction Group is a Florida Certified General Contractor, license CGC1541183. Subcontractors engaged on a project hold their own licenses as required for their trades.

Information you provide

You agree that information you submit, including addresses, photos and documents, is accurate and that you have the right to share it. Our use of that information is described in the Privacy Notice.
