Contract and permitting
Nothing mobilizes before the paperwork is right.

- Permit applications and required submittals prepared and filed where the work requires them
- Certificates of insurance and association approvals where applicable

Permit approvals and inspection results are decided by the authority having jurisdiction. Schedules, outcomes and warranty terms are commitments only when they are written into a signed contract.
